Privacy policy (GDPR)

Through the contact form we collect the data you send us:

• name, email address, phone number (optional);
• company or association, if you fill it in;
• the form details (interest, size, timeline) and your message.

For site security and abuse protection, your IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of submissions; we do not store it in clear, only as a non-identifying hash kept in server memory for at most one hour. The anti-bot check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical device data. Hosting servers may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We process data to:

• reply to your request and send you a quote or demo (Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps at your request);
• keep the site secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest);
• analyze site usage, only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a));
• meet legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Form data is kept for the duration of the commercial discussion and afterwards for at most 24 months from the last communication, unless you become a customer (then the contract and statutory archiving obligations apply) or ask us to delete it sooner. Cookie preferences are kept for 180 days.

Data may be accessible to providers that help us run the site, acting as processors:

• the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.);
• the email (SMTP) provider we use to receive and send messages;
• Cloudflare (anti-bot verification);
• Google (only if you accepted analytics cookies and they are enabled).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Data collected by our customers' parking systems (for example license plates, vehicle photos, phone numbers, access logs) is processed by the customer who runs the parking, as controller. ParkingVic generally acts as processor under a data processing agreement. Retention periods for photos and logs are configurable by the customer. If you have a question about your data in a parking lot, please contact that parking's administrator.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you from form data.

If you believe your rights are infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limits, protection against abuse and automated submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

The site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
